Hickory Fire Relief Fund

Thank you for taking the time to read our campaign. On March 11th 2017 less than one week ago, 21 families found themselves without a roof over their heads. Early that morning, the residents at Hickory House woke up to engulfing flames consuming their homes caused by a structural fire, many of which have been residents there for close to 30 years. Thankfully, everyone made it out safely but, all their possessions got destroyed in the fire and unfortunately, they lost everything. We at Colonial Property Management, the management company for Hickory House cannot rest until we have done everything in our power to aid these families. Part of which is reaching out to you. Unlike donations to national organizations that can take months to begin distributing funds, your support will have an immediate and substantial impact on the residents. The money that we raise will go directly to the residents to restore their basic necessities like clothes, bedding, and temporary housing. Any amount you donate will be greatly appreciated and will make a significant difference in the lives of those men, women, and children whose lives have been uprooted so suddenly.
