I’ve been a tenant at one of Colonial Property Management for going on a year and I like their services. When I have a maintenance issue with something they are rather prompt about sending someone to fix or help resolve the issues and the office staff are always polite and knowledgeable when I go in to speak with them.
This management company has been nothing short of amazing during the past two years that we have been renting from them. Every single service call I’ve ever made has been resolved promptly and efficiently, and have been understanding of any situations that have come up on my end. Everything is always kept up to date, and I feel very safe and secure renting from them.
